Chile Colorado review by Brittany
The Chile Colorado dish is one of the best dishes to get. Meat is very flavorful and tender. Nice size portion. Also comes with rice, beans and a salad which are all great.

Usually get the chicken enchiladas suizas from here (green salsa) but this time i tried it with the chipotle salsa and it was sooooo delicious! I would 100% recommend it to everyone. the Chipotle sauce is the best.

I ordered the La Cocina hamburger and added cheese. I have to say this cheeseburger has to be one of the best in all of Santa Clarita. The patty is very well seasoned and the lettuce, tomato and onion are fresh and crisp. The onion also was seasoned nicely and slightly grilled. It came with a very delicious bun and a side of super tasty piping hot fries. It is a delicious burger and worth a try

The Fajita Tostada is excellent. I love the vegetables to be well done which is how I ask them to come. Never a problem with special orders. They treat you like family. Such a fun place with great food and excellent service. You will love it.

Had the Enchilada at La Cocina and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich and authentic, the portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. The sauce had the perfect balance of flavor without being overpowering, and the rice and beans were a great complement to the meal. The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere made for a great dining experience. I'll definitely be coming back to order this dish again. Highly recommend!"

I love to get the carne asada burrito! The meat is always juicy and tender. Also the enchilada sauce mixes deliciously with the beans and rice for an intense flavor!
